Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize Package consists of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for four (4) to a UFC event (selected by Sponsor) and a 2012 Harley-Davidson® motorcycle of winners choice, not to exceed $24,699, from a list provided by Sponsor. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize winner and his/her guests from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S., two (2) night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms), ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel/event, (4) tickets to the event, access for (4) to the Fight Club Q&A, front row seats at weigh-in and meet-and-greet with select members of UFC senior management, fighters and Octagon girls. Grand Prize winner will choose the 2012 motorcycle model from options offered by Harley-Davidson (excluding CVO and Trike models) and MSRP of motorcycle not to exceed $24,699. In addition, Grand Prize winner will be offered a $10,000 MSRP credit which must be used for Harley-Davidson genuine parts and accessories, as well as a $2,500 credit which may be used towards dealer installation fees at an authorized Harley-Davidson dealership. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of trip and motorcycle: $42,199. Exact dates of trip will be determined by Sponsor (based on designated UFC event) in its sole discretion. Actual value of prize may vary depending on location of Grand Prize winner’s residence and final destination. If Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of UFC event, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize package will be forfeited in its entirety. Certain travel & hotel restrictions may apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner & his/her guests are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary documents (including but not limited to valid passports, visas and/or photo I.D.) prior to departure. If event is cancelled or postponed, Grand Prize winner’s trip will be re-scheduled for the date on which the event will take place to the extent practicable, but in no case will Sponsor be obligated to provide transportation to the event more than once. The Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other events that may cause the cancellation or postponement of event. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner must have proof of insurance and a valid U.S. driver’s license (and motorcycle permit, if applicable) to take delivery of the motorcycle. Subject to Sponsor’s discretion, motorcycle will be delivered to the dealership as near as practical to Grand Prize winners’ home (as determined by Sponsor). Designated dealership subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer production and delivery schedules. Taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, acquisition fees, destination charges, and any options not included with the motorcycle as designated by Sponsor, and all other expenses not specified and related to the acceptance and use of the motorcycle are winner’s sole responsibility. Motorcycle color and specifications are subject to availability and are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. No Purchase Necessary To Enter or Win. A Purchase or Payment Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.
Eligibility: The Harley-Davidson “Hometown Throwdown” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States & DC who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers & directors of Harley-Davidson Motor Company Inc. (“Sponsor”), Zuffa, LLC dba Ultimate Fighting Championship, Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment, LLC, Project Support Team, Inc. (“P/S/T” and/or “Administrator”), their respective parents, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies and anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Released Parties”) & their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) & those living in their same households, whether or not related, for any of the above named entities are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/28/11 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 4/28/12 (the “Promotion Period”). Winner Selection: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 5/4/12 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by P/S/T, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified either by phone, email, mail and/or overnight delivery. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Miscellaneous: Winners are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified as covered as part of prize herein, including, without limitation (if the Grand Prize winner), meals, luggage fees, gratuities and insurance. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. Guests of Grand Prize winner must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, comply with these Official Rules, the inability of Administrator to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period will result in disqualification. If any requested documents are not returned within the specified time period, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited &, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. By entering, entrants agree: 1) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right & permission to use entrant’s name and/or picture, photograph, image or biographical information or voice and/or other likeness and prize information for trade, advertising, promotional and/or any other purposes in any media or format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without any further compensation, consideration, permission or notification except where prohibited by law; & 2) that the Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability & will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this Sweepstakes.
